Description: We are currently seeking a Gender and Association Specialist for the Economic Growth through Improved Agricultural Technology, Transformation and Markets in Mali project (?Initiatives Int?gr?es pour la Croissance Economique du Mali? or IICEM). IICEM promotes economic growth through improving livelihoods of Malian agricultural producers by providing strategic assistance to improve the efficiency and growth of target value chains. The Gender and Association Specialist will focus on the strengthening of women participant and stakeholder groups in the target value chains. Responsibilities: Assess the capacity of staff, associations and partners to address the needs of women and youth and integrating them into their respective activities.
